TONI SCHWABE - PASTOR
Pastor Toni Schwabe is a second career Pastor. She started seminary at North Park in Chicago at age 53. She has been at Rice Creek Covenant church since 2010. She was married for 40 years to her PHD (Pastor's Husband, Dan) and has 2 adult children and several grand children. She likes biking but her passion is loving God and loving her congregation.
Nicki Hutchins-Peterson - OFFICE MANAGER
Nicki, originally from the suburbs of Chicago, has found her way to us through many moves, getting married, and a few career changes. After remodeling with her father, building houses in New Orleans, working in 2 Covenant Bible camps (CPBC in McGregor and CCBC in Hordville, Nebraska), and a few administrative positions along the way, she is happy to settle down in Minnesota with her husband, Nathan and dog, Dixie. She loves hockey and works with a Juniors hockey team in their season. Nicki is excited to be working in an environment of faith and love again!
